It’s Shriya Saran next for Deepa Mehta

Gradually Deepa Mehta’s venture ‘Midnight's Children’ is getting meatier with the entry of some eminent personality or the other. After Shabana Azmi, Nandita Das, Seema Biswas, Irrfan Khan and Soha Ali Khan, latest we hear that the pretty Shriya Saran has been got on the board.

As mentioned earlier, ‘Midnight's Children’ is an adaptation of Salman Rushdie's novel with the same title.

It is said that the filmmaker and Rushdie were impressed with Shriya's till date performances, which gave the actress the ticket into this prestigious movie.
